HOW DO I RESERVE A DATE?

Fill out our Event Form and click SEND and we will take it from there. You will be contacted to confirm availability, set up a tour and once you are ready, to book . All bookings are automated so please ensure your contact information is correct. At the time of booking a 50% nonrefundable reservation fee and a signed contract are due. The remaining costs are due 90 days before the event. We accept cash, check, or credit card.

CAN I ENTER THE BUILDING EARLY TO SETUP/DECORATE?

Venue rental hours are 6 hours from start to finish. 2 additional hours can be purchased prior to all events for $200 per hour. BOE offers FULL DAY rates which allows access to the building from 9am - 12am. Please factor setup time in the reserved 6 hours.

CAN I SERVE ALCOHOL?

Alcohol is permitted with proper licensing through Building One Events vendor ONLY (per city ordinance). No alcoholic beverages may be consumed on the Property unless proper arrangements are made and agreed upon in the written contract.


Security officers will be available at the rate of 50.00 per hour, per officer, minimum of three hours per officer (security prices subject to change, based on current rates) per 100 guest.


Open Bars or hosted alcoholic beverages may be served for a period not to exceed four hours. Beer & Wine only may be served for up to five hours. In addition, alcohol service must be terminated one hour prior to the scheduled end of reception regardless of event length.

CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN CATERING?

Yes! Outside caterers may be brought in upon approval of Building One Events & Rooftop.

Caterers must supply; 

  • Certificate of insurance.

  • Cakes may be provided by a vendor of Client’s choice.

  • Caterers/Client are responsible for trash removal for catering items

HOW MANY GUEST CAN I INVITE?

BOE has a maximum capacity of 220 guest (assembly). Our indoor hall can accommodate up to 12 60" round tables with 8 chairs per table. 

WHY DO I NEED EVENT INSURANCE?

Event insurance helps protect YOU from liability in case someone injures themselves or damages property. A certificate of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 with Building One Events as an Additional Insured is required for ALL events. Day of insurance can usually be purchase for approximately $65 per event. We recommend www.theeventhelper.com however, most major insurance companies are acceptable.
